My friend and colleague Davi Bock @ddavi.bsky.social and I had talked for many years about getting him out to see some of the places in central Utah that I love. So, before I left town for Pittsburgh, Davi flew out and we had a meeting to discuss grants, as well as current and future connectomics projects together.
Also, talking science while hiking is one of the best uses of one’s time and brains that I can possibly think of.
