I had the distinct pleasure of meeting up with my friend Cam Robinson @cgrobinson.bsky.social‬ in Salt Lake City, Utah for the Microscopy & Microanalysis meeting a couple of weeks ago before driving a janky 46 year old car with no air conditioning across the country. Our dinner at Takashi was an excellent preparation for that trip, even though I think I could have ordered and consumed much more sushi with Cam.
