I had the very distinct pleasure of visiting and hanging out with John Ngai @jngai58.bsky.social in Berlin as part of the 2026 HHMI Connectomics Conference. John heads up the NIH BRAIN Connects Initiative program which makes him pretty cool, but in addition to neuroscience, we had a most excellent time talking photography as he is an absolutely amazing photographer.
