Last weekend I drove the Cayman up with a few folks to Ohio to visit some airplanes including the AV-8B shown above, an AH-1 Cobra that I got to sit in the cockpit of, and then ride a train down the Cuyahoga Valley with an early dinner before heading back to Pittsburgh with some extra parts for a friend, and then busy myself with plans for a trip to Valencia, Spain for ISER 2026.
Sidenote: The drive up through Pennsylvania and Ohio was through country where I saw many, many political signs and much messaging supporting Trump last year. This year, there was effectively nothing to be seen. Perhaps the spell has broken? I can only hope so, for America. For the world.
